Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
A few short ground rules for using Edupiad. By using the site you agree to them.
What Edupiad is
A place for students to practise international Math Olympiad papers: timed attempts, automatic marking, and a question by question review. All official past papers, marking and correct answers are free. The paid Premium plan adds mock tests, papers translated into more languages and step-by-step explanations.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and do not lend your account to others. If you think someone else has got into your account, change your password straight away and tell us.
Premium and payments
Premium comes as a monthly or a yearly plan, priced in US dollars (USD) on the Premium page. Payments are handled by PayPal, using your PayPal balance or a card; Edupiad never receives or stores your card number. Plans RENEW AUTOMATICALLY: at the end of each period PayPal charges the next one until you cancel. Your renewal date and amount are always shown in Account, under Membership. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to pay.
Changing plans
You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time and it takes effect immediately. Today's payment already deducts the unused days of your current month, and the monthly plan is cancelled automatically so you are never charged twice. A yearly plan cannot be switched back to monthly part way through.
Cancelling
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in Account, under Membership, or directly in PayPal. After cancelling you will not be charged again, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period - see Refunds below.
Refunds
For your first purchase and for every automatic renewal: if you change your mind, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that payment in full through PayPal, no questions asked. After 7 days we do not refund the remaining time, but you can still cancel so you are not charged again. If you were charged because of a mistake on our side (for example, charged twice), we refund it whatever the date. When a payment is refunded, Premium for that period ends immediately and auto-renewal is cancelled. Send your request with your account email and the PayPal transaction ID to the address at the bottom of this page. The money reaches your PayPal account or card according to PayPal's and your bank's processing times, usually 3 to 10 business days.
Disputes through PayPal
If something is wrong with a payment, please write to us first - it is usually resolved faster. If you open a dispute or ask your bank to reverse a charge and the money is taken back, Premium for that plan ends and auto-renewal is cancelled.
Price changes
Prices may change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. For auto-renewing plans we will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
Please do not do these
Do not use automated tools to bulk download papers. Do not republish our collection as your own service. Do not try to break, probe or overload our servers. Do not use an offensive nickname or impersonate someone else.
About the exam content
The papers on Edupiad come from competitions whose papers have been published widely; we collect and organise them for practice. Copyright in the questions belongs to the organisers of each competition. If you are an organiser and would like a paper removed, write to us and we will take it down.
We try hard but do not promise perfection
Papers are entered by hand, so there may be mistakes, including in the answers. If something looks wrong, please tell us. We also cannot promise the site is always available - there will be maintenance and occasional faults.
When we suspend an account
If an account does the things listed above, we may suspend it. Past attempts are not deleted, and if you think you were suspended by mistake, write to us.
When these terms change
We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be announced before they take effect, and the update date is always shown at the top of the page.
